One of the goals of the UCI Environment Institute is to strengthen and link academic programs in environmental studies across Schools and Departments to develop a coherent image of the breadth and quality of ongoing opportunities to study the environment and related fields. These programs, which address a host of fundamental environmental issues, may be within a variety of academic disciplines: natural sciences, health sciences, social sciences, engineering, education, arts, humanities, business, and law.
